Who Are you?

Dear Incredible Clinician,

I have been a practicing physiotherapist for over 11 years and have spent much of that time trying to find myself and where I fit in the profession. I have always valued creating connections with people, supporting people with their physical, mental, and emotional health and well-being, and having a meaningful impact on people’s lives. It took me some time, a lot of inner work and healing, and many courses, books and experimentation to figure out how to weave different concepts and modalities into client sessions to create the impacts I knew were possible.

I have created an ever-evolving holistic approach that supports clients that are experiencing chronic pain and/or mindbody symptoms. The realm of chronic pain and minbody symptoms is my niche. On a personal and professional level, we are all unique and enjoy working with different types of client populations, symptoms, and in different environments. Regardless of your desired area of practice, we all benefit from having the support of a mentor along the way. Someone to support your own unique needs both personally and professionally.

I wouldn’t say I have it all figured out because I don’t truly believe we ever really do. There are endless opportunities to learn and grow and I welcome those opportunities with open arms and an open mind. At this point in my professional life, I have accumulated a lot of knowledge, insights, and skills and would love to share anything I have that will help you along your own unique path. We all create our own unique path and it can be really helpful to have support, discuss different perspectives, learn new skills, discuss and problem solve challenging cases, and celebrate the wins!

If you are a clinician looking to create a practice that supports both your clients and your own mental, physical and emotional wellbeing then take this as your sign to start investing in yourself.

Cheers, Kaitlin
